ginger citrus mocktail

This delicious, citrusy mocktail is packed with gut-soothing roots and herbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 droppers Never Been Bitter
  • 3-4 clementines (sub for juice of one orange)
  • 1 inch of ginger peeled and chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • Splash of seltzer

To Make:

  1. Muddle the clementines and ginger in a shaker until broken down.
  2. Add in honey, lemon juice, and 1-2 full droppers of Never Been Bitter™.
  3. Add ice and shake until cold.
  4. Double strain to remove pulp.
  5. Top with seltzer water and enjoy!
