  • 1 tsp You Dew You®
  • 1 tsp Slay All Day™
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk for chia seed pudding
  • 4 tbsp for the Signature Formulas
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp of maple syrup
  • Strawberries and blueberries for topping

To Make:

  1. Combine coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup into two bowls. Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Take the chia seed mixture out and stir well.
  3. Add You Dew You® to one glass and Slay All Day™ to another. Split remaining coconut milk into each glass and froth well until blended.
  4. Add the You Dew You® mixture to one chia seed bowl, and Slay All Day™ to the other. Use a spoon to combine.
  5. In a small bowl or glass, layer the You Dew You® chia pudding and Slay All Day™ as desired.
  6. Add fruit on top and enjoy!
