Ingredients:
- 1-2 shots espresso
- 1 tsp Mind Over Matter®
- 1 tsp Hormone Harmonizer™
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 4-6 oz almond milk
- ice to fill your cup
To Make:
Brew the espresso. In the glass, add in the Mind Over Matter®, Hormone Harmonizer™, and maple syrup and stir or blend with a frother until combined. Fill a separate glass with ice and add almond milk. Pour in the coffee mixture, stir, and sip.
