Ingredients:
- 2 oz blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 rosemary sprigs, one stripped and one for garnish
- 1 oz honey or Maple Syrup
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice, strained
- 4 oz sparkling mineral water
- 2 droppers of Take the Edge Off™
- Ice
To Make:
- Gently muddle together the blueberries, rosemary leaves, Take the Edge Off ™ tincture, and maple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
TIP: Try using the back of a wooden utensil for an easy way to muddle right into the shaker. - Next, add the lemon juice and ice, then shake, covered, vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain through a mesh strainer into a glass or mason jar over ice.
- Top with sparkling mineral water and stir to incorporate. Add your extra sprig of rosemary right into the glass for garnish. Enjoy!
Tip: Add frozen berries before serving to keep it cold and concentrated with fruity flavors!
