Watermelon Margarita ft. Firm Believer™

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients

• 4 oz fresh watermelon juice (from 1 cup seedless watermelon once blended and strained)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice (from 1 large lime)
• 1 tsp agave nectar
• 1 tsp Firm Believer™
• 1 tb fine salt (with optional ½ tsp cayenne powder or Tajin)
• Optional: sparkling water

Directions

1. Blend watermelon in a high-speed blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Discard solids.
2. Combine fresh watermelon and lime juice, Firm Believer, and agave in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well!
3. On a small plate combine salt and cayenne powder or Tajin.
4. Run a lime slice around the rim of your glass and dip the rim in the salt mixture.
5. Fill glass with ice, strain mocktail mix with glass, and optionally top with sparkling water.
6. Enjoy immediately!
