- 1 tsp Stop Your Wine-ing®
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 6 oz warm milk of choice
- ½ tsp coconut sugar or date sugar
- cinnamon stick (optional)
- Add Stop Your Wine-ing®, cinnamon, and coconut sugar/date sugar to a mug.
- Pour warm milk (dairy or plant-based) into the mug.
- Mix together with a hand frother.
- Add a cinnamon stick for garnish (optional).
