  • 1 tsp Stop Your Wine-ing®
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 oz warm milk of choice
  • ½ tsp coconut sugar or date sugar
  • cinnamon stick (optional)


  1. Add Stop Your Wine-ing®, cinnamon, and coconut sugar/date sugar to a mug.
  2. Pour warm milk (dairy or plant-based) into the mug.
  3. Mix together with a hand frother.
  4. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish (optional).
