I love making a morning smoothie with a teaspoon each of the Slay All Day, Mind Over Matter, and Firm Believer. I feel so energized and focused. I also like to mix a little Chill the F Out with some chocolate almond milk in the afternoon to wind down and the Do Not Disturb in my nightly cup of tea before bed. I truly feel like I get better, deeper sleep. There are so many products like these on the market these days, and at first I thought I’d just give them a try, but after a few days, I’m hooked.
