Best thing ever for sleep!
I’ve been struggling with insomnia for long time. Been on a lot different sleep meds. This seems to work better than anything prescription. I mix it with milk about 30 minutes before bed and I sleep a full 6-8 hours.

Really good sleep!
I’m falling asleep much quicker with this. I still wake up in the night, but I don’t waste any time getting back to sleep. I’ve recommended this to my mom and my brother. I feel more rested in the day, also. Just ordered a refill…I don’t want to run out!!

Do not disturb/sleep like a baby, maybe.
I really like it I think it does put me into a very relaxed state of sleep. I wonder if it does a little too much if I don't hear my dog asking to go out or if I might not hear my husband saying he needs my help. It has reduced my stress while sleeping greatly. I awaken feeling more ready to face the day and get something done. I've learned to mix the herbs with coconut oil and then add my liquid it helps to keep the herbs and suspension. Overall I love it.

Really works
This tea, sweetened with honey and cherry juice, tastes good and helps relax me to sleep. It is a treat to replace a glass of Merlot.
