I’ve taken daily since September since I had a pretty big trip coming up. This past year my boyfriend and I have gotten sick multiple times from hanging out with our friends’ kids, so I had to be proactive. I stayed healthy through multiple plane rides, even having our friend’s coughing and “leaking” daughter sitting on my lap and holding my hand. Recently, we spent another weekend with friends and their perpetually ill kids and my boyfriend (who doesn’t take releaf) got really sick but I’ve remained unscathed! The cost of the subscription is a small price to pay. It’s either this or stay away from those adorable little germ factories so I’m sticking with releaf.
